Madison – Old Post & Beam

Sometimes the quirkiness and obstructions of an old home present an opportunity to create some interesting design features. The warmth and furniture-like result here was achieved by the "loosely fitted" design necessitated by posts, beams, lintels, numerous small window and door openings... not to mention out of square and level floors and walls.
